1. The frame is entirely welded with steel plates, treated relive stress by tempering, so the precision is well maintained. Hydraulic top-drive, step less pressure adjustment and high quality sealing rings to ensure the machine tools reliability.

 

2. Mechanical synchronous mechanism and the complex compensation are designed so as to raise the work pieces precision. The stroke and distance of the backgauge is adjusted by the motor and is well adjusted by hand, the adjustment is displayed by digital meters. Inch, single, continuous operation mode being designed for the machine and reversing and maintain time can be controlled by the time relays. The electric interlocker have been designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety.

 

3. C- shape plates are fitted on both sides of the machine body, and the high precision is mounted on the C- shape plates, thus to avoid the influence over bending precision arising from distortion of machine body during bending process.

 

4. The lower workbench is fitted with automatic compensation mechanism for hydraulic deflection, to achieve an effective button stroke free compensation, with high bending precision and long stability guaranteed.
